Honey Lake understands the demands of ministry can often lead to unhealthy coping mechanisms, including workaholism, depression, anxiety, and addiction. These challenges can lead to a loss of authenticity and damaging relationships with God, self, and others.
At Honey Lake, we believe that every ministry leader deserves a safe place to process through the challenges of ministry. Our retreat is a Christ-centered environment where ministry leaders can come to find healing, hope, and renewal.
The Honey Lake approach is unique because our programs are administered by licensed clinicians who incorporate biblical principles and clinically-based practices into the healing process. Guests in our retreat have the opportunity to connect with other leaders who are struggling with similar issues, which can provide a sense of community.
Over four days & four nights, participants in our retreat will build a therapeutic framework to develop authenticity and healing in their lives.

Retreat Schedule
Four nights and three full days.
Our retreat program lasts Monday through Thursday, concluding at 12 pm on Friday. Each day will consist of morning devotions and clinical sessions followed by free time in the afternoon so guests can enjoy the many amenities and services available at Honey Lake.

Many dietary restrictions can be accommodated prior to arrival. Please indicate your restrictions as specifically as possible upon registration. We can’t guarantee accommodations that arise on retreat as we are located in the country. Please ask our admissions team any questions prior to arrival.
We do have refrigerators available in every room that will be fully stocked before you check in with snacks and drinks.
